Interior finishes, built-in joinery and general workmanship are covered for a defined period from handover, as set out in your formal documentation.
AC units, appliances and specialist equipment are supported by their manufacturers’ warranties, which are registered and passed on to you.
We walk through the pod with you, document any snags and resolve them promptly so the finished space is ready to enjoy.
